Lynne Wolf, OTR/L, CHT, CVE is the managing partner of Highline Hand Therapy. She is a graduate of the University of Washington. She earned her Hand Therapy certification in 1991 and Vocational Evaluator certification in 1984. She maintains both certifications by regularly attending continuing education courses. She performs ergonomic evaluations on site for office workers and computer users.

Beverly Andersen, OTR/L, CHT began working for Highline Hand Therapy in 1992 after graduating from the University of Puget Sound. She earned her certification as a Hand Therapist in 1997. She enjoys continuing education courses which advance her knowledge and understanding of the upper extremity. It was through a continuing education class and her interest in helping patients successfully transition back to work that she started to perform Functional Capacities Evaluations in 2012. Beverly also works with students from local community colleges that are enrolled in an Occupational Therapy Assistant program, offering a look into this specialized field within Occupational Therapy.

Andelee (Ande) Baker, DPT, CHT has worked as a Physical Therapist for more than 25 years with experience in most settings involving Physical Therapy. She graduated from Northern Arizona University with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy. In 2000, she was awarded her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the Ola Grimsby Institute with an emphasis in manual therapy. Ande earned her certification as a Hand Therapist in 1994 and since that time, most of her clinical practice has involved treatment of hand and upper extremity dysfunctions.

Alex Lapp, OTR/L, CHT graduated from the University of Puget Sound in 1998. He joined Highline and Southwest Hand Therapy in 2000. He earned his certification as a Hand Therapist in 2002 and has enjoyed focusing on the treatment of hand and upper extremity injuries and diseases. Alex values the patient centered, individual treatment that Highline and Southwest Hand Therapy provide.

Jessica Sankey, OTR/L graduated from Sage Graduate School in Troy, NY with a Masters in Occupational Therapy in 2010. Since graduating, she has worked in a variety of settings including outpatient hand therapy, inpatient hospital care and home health. Her travel therapy position brought her to Washington State where she accepted a full time position with Highline Hand Therapy in 2013. She looks forward to growing with Highline and obtaining her certification as a hand therapist.

Jennifer Galland, OTR/L graduated from Texas Woman’s University in 1999 with a degree with a BS in Occupational Therapy. Before coming to work at Highline Hand Therapy in 2014, she worked in variety of hospital based rehabilitation settings. In 2013, she began to focus on an Upper Extremity specialty.

Elizabeth Spencer Steffa, OTR/L, CHT a founding partner of Highline Hand Therapy, retired in 2013.

Dorian Ford, OTR/L, CHT, the founding partner in Southwest Hand Therapy and Highline Hand Therapy, retired in 2011.

Office Staff

Kendle Johnson has been the Office Manager of Highline and Southwest Hand Therapy since 1991. She developed our medical billing procedures for Physical and Occupational Therapy services relating to the hand and upper extremity. Kendle is an active member of the Washington Physical Therapy Managers’ Association, and maintains up to date knowledge of changes in billing requirements.

Brian Johnson is a Medical Biller and Bookkeeper. He has been working with Highline Hand Therapy since 2012 and is here to answer your insurance and billing questions. He attends continuing education courses to keep abreast of new policies and procedures and keeps our office running smoothly.
